New Delhi: The marriage date of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor has been confirmed on Friday. The details of both actors were revealed by Alia Bhatt’s uncle Robin Bhatt.
Talking to the media, uncle Robin said the function of Mehandi will be held on April 13. The duo will tie the knot on April 14, added Robin. For now, it has ended the speculation in media reports regarding the date of Alia and Ranbir’s marriage.
Robin says wedding funciton to be held for 4 days
Earlier, Robin Bhatt had said that the wedding ceremony of the actors will last four days. Answering questions from the media, Robin said it is right that the functions will continue for four days but the date of the wedding is April 14. The mehandi will be held on April 13. He confirmed there is nothing on April 15 and 16. After the marriage, both actors will celebrate it with their friends.
Robin is yet to receive invitation card
In a reply to a question from reporters regarding wedding guests, Robin Bhatt said he is not a member of the inviting committee. He added he does not have much information in this regard.
He also said that he is yet to receive the invitation card. Reportedly, the wedding celebration will be held in RK house.
Robin is a famous writer in Bollywood. He is the half-brother of Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt. Notably, he wrote the story of ‘Aashiqui’, which proved to be a hit film at the box office. He also wrote a lot of stories for Bhatt Productions.
