However, Mahesh Bhatt ultimately overcame his addiction and experienced numerous ups and downs in his life and profession. Alia emphasized that her parents’ journey was filled with challenges that paved the way for her to enjoy their privilege. She expressed her gratitude for the opportunities she has received, stating that even if her acting career took a downturn in the future, she would always recognize and appreciate the great chances she had been given without complaint.

Alia Bhatt also shared insights into her mother Soni Razdan’s journey, highlighting that she started from a humble background and faced uncertainties about her success in the film industry. Soni Razdan had no prior connections to the film world and had to audition at theaters, film studios, and television studios. Additionally, her proficiency in Hindi was limited, which added to the challenges she faced. Although Soni Razdan did not achieve mainstream heroine status, she dedicated herself to hard work and remained committed to her craft. Alia expressed that her mother never hesitated to take up any acting opportunity that came her way, regardless of the scale or nature of the role.
