New Delhi: SRK’s Jawan is one of the most hyped movies of 2023.
With Just 20 days left in its grand realise, the anticipation surrounding the Atlee directorial is on the rise with each passing day. Other than eagerly waiting to see Shah Rukh back on the big screens for the second time this year, fans are also excited to witness Vijay Thalapathy’s rumoured one on one fight with SRK in the upcoming movie.
Meanwhile, an old video of Vijay Thalapathy lauding King Khan has emerged on the internet and netizens are giving their reactions to the same. In the viral video, Thalapathy is heard praising the Pathan actor for his iconic negative roles in a number of his old movies.

The video is from 2022 when Vijay, who was promoting his film Pokkiri, was asked if he is okay playing a villain in movies or not. Replying to the question, the 49-year-old actor stated that he is not at all against playing negative roles in movies. However, he also said that he doesn’t feel 100 per cent comfortable in an anti-character.
“If I am offered roles Like Shah Rukh’s Bazigar and Dare then I can consider playing the negative character” He added.
Vijay Thalapty to fight SRK in Jawan?
Previously, Jawan’s action choreographer Yannick Ben let the cat out by speaking about Vijay’s action sequences with Shah Rukh Khan in the upcountry movie. However, Ben didn’t specify if he is talking about Vijay Thalapathy or Vijay Sethupathi and left it to the fans to decide the same.
