Talking to Mashable India she said, “The seventh time, when I did it… I was broke. I was genuinely broke at that point. I was highly emotional also. Anurag Kashyap walked up to me and he said, ‘Thank you. I’ll see you outside?’ That’s when it hit me that the scene was over’.”

“I stayed on the floor, weeping. I was just crying and crying and crying. Then Nawaz said, ‘I think aapko bahar jaana chahiye kyunki mera scene abhi bacha hai‘ (you should go outside because my scene is still left),” she added.

You can never go wrong when you have a great team to work with”.

“He (Anurag Kashyap) made me do the scene seven times- every time after the scene, he’d come to me and say I am making you do this so many times, sorry haan. Just one more time, ek aur baar, one more and I am going again, don’t hate me, I know you hate me, don’t hate me”, she further added.

Meanwhile, Sacred Games also starred Saif Ali Khan in the lead role. Radhika Apte, Surveen Chawla, Rajshri Deshpande, Jatin Sarna and others played pivotal roles in the series.
