New Delhi: Days, after actress Sunny Leone became the talking point with Madhuban song, #ArrestSunnyLeone, is dominating the Twitter trends today. The actor’s music video drew eyeballs of many but also raised the hackles of several others especially Hindu seers for disparaging portrayal of Hindu beliefs.
Not just Sunny Leone, the makers of Madhuban song have received brickbat for alleged mockery of Hindu gods. The song has sparked wide outrage among sections of people for hurting the religious sentiments of Hindu majority.
Taking objection to the song, Madhya Pradesh minister also warned the makers of song to change the lyrics & name of song in 3 days else face action. Following this, Saregama announced change in the lyrics & name of song. The music company said that it will change the song with new lyrics on all platforms in 3 days.
However, the assurance seems not enough to placate the netizens who are angry & agitated over the controversial music video.
