Ayodhya Ram Mandir Consecration: Here’s why Akshay Kumar will be skipping Ram Temple Pran Pratishtha ceremony despite getting invited
New Delhi: It’s finally the 22nd of January and Ram Temple’s Pran Pratishtha ceremony is just a few hours away. To grace the merry occasion, several prominent names from the film industry & sportspersons have started heading towards Ayodhya to witness the monumental event.
From Sachin Tendulkar to Amitabh Bachchan to Anil Kumbhle, a plethora of celebrities, who were invited as special guests for the conversation ceremony, have already reached the holy city & numerous videos of their videos are already going viral on social media.
However, as per the latest reports, Bollywood’s Khiladi Akshay Kumar has decided not to be present in the Pran Pratishtha ceremony owing to his tightly packed shooting schedule for his upcoming flick Bade Miyan Chote Miyan which is currently ongoing in the middle-eastern country of Jordan.

Despite his unavailability to fly to Ayodhya & attend Ram Mandir’s ceremony, the 56-year-old actor didn’t forget to extend his wishes to all the Ram Bhakts on this remarkable day. Taking to his Instagram, the Boss actor dropped a video featuring him alongside his co-actor Tiger Shroff and called 22 January an auspicious day for all devotees across the world.
He said, “After centuries of wait Ram Lalla is finally returning to his birthplace Ayodhya, We (him and Tiger) give you and your family our best wishes on this holy occasion, Jai Shree Ram (Hail Lord Ram).”
In the same video, Heropanti actor Tiger Shroff was also seen chanting Jai Shree Ram while saying that we all have heard about it since our childhoods but to live this day & see it all happening is a big deal. We are looking forward to light lamps and enjoy this remarkable day.”

Meanwhile, Tiger Shroff’s father & seasoned actor Jackie Shroff has already landed in Ayodhya and will be seen attending the Ram temple consecration ceremony. Besides Jackine other major celebs from the film industry who will be seen present in the historical event are Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Rajnikhant Ranbir Kapoor & many more.
