New Delhi: It is an established fact that Prabhas’ biggie Adipurush is one of the most awaited bollywood movies of 2023.The movie’s increasing buzz is evident by the massive success of its two divine tracks that are already topping the charts within a week of their release last month.
Now, with the mega-budgeted movie clocking as much as 85 percent of its budget, which stands at a whopping 500 crore, all eyes are set towards its performance and collection at the box office.
Despite the movie looking all geared up to witness a grand scale opening on the circuit, a recent news from the overseas market might not please Adipurush well wishers and distributors.
As per some recent reports, Om Raut’s directorial is likely to face huge competition from some big Hollywood movies in the overseas market that will be released alongside Adipurush in mid June.
This, for sure, is expected to adversely affect the movie’s overseas collection as the screen count of the ambitious movie will be drastically reduced amid it’s face off with big Hollywood releases.

Recently, Adipurush’s actress Kirti Sanon, who played the role of Sita Mata in the epic drama, had a word about the movie during IIFA in Dubai. The actress said, “Although the movie is a must watch for people of all generations, children should definitely watch it.”
“It is a special movie for me and I feel blessed to be a part of it as it is based on Ramayana, which is a very important part of our history, culture and roots.” She added.
