New Delhi: Malyalam actress Aparna Nair’s sudden death has sent a pall of gloom in the industry and left her fans & followers devastated and shattered. The 31 year old actress was found dead at her residence in Thiruvananthapuram on Thursday and her friends & family are shocked over what led to her untimely demise.
Hours before her demise, the actress shared a post on her Instagram handle, which was brimming with love for her daughter.
Aparna Nair shared the loving video post on Thursday afternoon. The video featured her daughter while accompanied by a loving song.
In the caption, she wrote, ‘My Unni, playful little one.”

Moreover, a review of her Insta posts only shows her loving family including the husband and kids. She also described her husband Sanjit as ‘source of her strength.’
What has perplexed her fans over the fact that she was a noted actor in Malyalam films, had a loving family and despite all that she suddenly left the world. Police are yet to find out the reason behind her death – whether it is death by suicide or some other reason, the investigation is underway.
Aparna Nair dead at 31
The 31-year-old film & TV actress was found dead at her house in Trivandrum on Thursday. Police received information about her status at around 11 PM night and took her to a private hospital in Killipalam.
Police have lodged a case of unnatural death and launched probe to identify the reason behind her demise.
Reports suggest that the actress hung herself in her house. She reportedly hung herself in the evening around 7 PM and police got to know about it a few hours later.
Nair’s family & relatives are being questioned in connection with alleged suicide.
