New Delhi: Marriages are one of the best parts of life where two people pledge to live with each other in happiness for the rest of their lives. Just like ups and downs in lives, marriages may not travel on smooth roads always and sometimes may end in separation. Like every other common people, Bollywood celebrities sometimes also go through this rough stage.
Taking about separation, Sohail Khan and Seema Khan filed a divorce on May 13 after 24 years of marriage. Let’s take a look at other stars who have called it a quit after being together for years:
1. Malaika Arora – Arbaaz Khan
Salman Khan’s brother Arbaaz Khan called his marriage with Malaika Arora a quit after staying together for 18 years. They tied the knot on December 12, 1998, and officially got divorced in 2017. Meanwhile, Malaika is currently dating Arjun Kapoor, and Arbaaz is with Giorgia Andriani.
2. Hrithik Roshan – Sussanne Khan
Hrithik and Sussanne loved each other madly and decided to marry each other on December 20, 2000. After spending married life for 14 years, they mutually parted ways on November 1, 2014. Now, Hrithik is reportedly dating Saba Azad and Sussanne is with Arslan Goni.
3. Saif Ali Khan – Amrita Singh
The most talked-about couple in Bollywood in the 90s, Saif and Amrita got marriage in 1991. However, this turned out to be bitter and they called it off in 2004. They have two kids together – Ibrahim Ali Khan and Sara Ali Khan. Currently, Saif is married to Kareena Kapoor and Amrita is single. Saif and Kareena have two kids – Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh.
4. Aamir Khan – Kiran Rao
Aamir Khan parted his way with his wife Kiran Rao on July 3, 2021. They were married for 15 years and have decided to have joint custody of their son Azad. Aamir was first married to Reena Dutta. They got divorced in 2002. Aamir has two kids with his first wife Reena – Ira and Junaid Khan.
5. Farhan Akhtar – Adhuna Bhabani
In February 2022, Farhan Akhtar got married to Shibani Dandekar. However, the actor-director was previously married to Adhuna Bhabani from 2000 to 2017. Their marriage didn’t work out and they parted ways on April 24, 2017.
