New Delhi: Akansha Puri’s fans are still coping with her unexpected eviction from the Big Boss house last weekend.
As the show ended for the 34-year-old actress, she spoke about her viral kiss with Dubai-based model Jad Hadid. Taking about her on-screen liplock with Jad, Akhansha said that she was just doing it for the sake of completing a task.
“It was just a task for me that I was supposed to finish within 30 seconds, which I successfully completed and won,” said the actress while speaking to Pinkvilla. She further alleged that Jad took the kiss personally and expected a passionate kiss from Akansha in the way lovers do.
Akansha Puri a Bad Kisser?
Speaking about Jad calling her a bad kisser, the actress said that she never wanted to have a proper kiss with Jad by moving her lips and tongue passionately in a way the Lebanese actor wanted her to do and that’s why he said all that to her.
Akansha continued, “I only took the kiss as a task and it didn’t matter to me more than that. I had no idea it will become such a big issue and only got to know about it when Salman Khan spoke on the same during the Weekend ka war episode.”
Akahnasa Puri further told the media that she was happy that it was Jad whom she had to kiss as he was the only guy in the house she felt comfortable with.

Previously, Akhansha and Jad Hadid were also scolded by the show’s host Salman Khan who school the duo for trying to play some characters on the show.
“Were you thinking this (Kiss) was the Highlight of the week? Was it supposed to be a highlight as per our social values upbringing and culture?” Said the actor to Akhansha and Jad for their controversial on-screen liplock.
