New Delhi: We all saw how the latest OTT edition of the country’s most popular reality show Bigg Boss kept the audience glued to their screens for two good months.
Now, with not even a month passing since the conclusion of Bigg Boss OTT 2, fans are already waiting for its upcoming season Bigg Boss 17 with bated breath.
While the last season of Salman hosted two got telecasted exclusively on the OTT platform Jio Cinema, the upcoming 17th edition of the show will be back on the good old Television screens.
With the awaited show all set to get aired by the fall of this year, fans are making speculations regarding the possible faces that can be soon seen locked inside the BB house.
Bigg Boss 17’s Latest Theme

As per some recent reports, the 17th of the reality show is going to arrive with a new exciting theme this year.
If reports are to be believed, the show, which always excites the masses with the same concept but different themes every season, will be coming with a “Single Vs couple” Theme this time.
The new theme will set a number of famous single celebs against known couples from the entertainment industry.
Bigg Boss 17’s expected participants
Some media publication reports also have it that a number of contestants from the recently concluded OTT season of the Salman-hosted show will be once again seen stepping inside the Bigg Boss House in season 17. Show’s runner-up Abhishek Malhan, finalist Manisha Rani and Jiya Shankar are some of the most rumoured contestants from BB OTT 2 whose return in the 17th edition of the show is being expected by the fans.
On the other side, the Television industry’s popular couples Kanwar Dhillon-Alice Kaushik from Pandya Store and Neil Bhatt-Aishwarya Sharma from Ghum Hai Kisi ke pyar me are also expected to jointly participate in the super hit show. Splitsvilla fame Samarth, Sath Nibhana Sathiya’s lead Gia Manek and Insta sensation Sakshi Chopra are also some of the most rumoured participants of the upcoming show.
Bigg Boss 17 Premire date
Although the show’s official release date is yet to be revealed by its makers, it is estimated that it will begin on or around October 3rd. The show’s 16th season was won by popular Rapper MC Stan who clinched the title by defeating the runner-up Shiv Thakry in the Grand finale that was held on Feb 2023.
