New Delhi: The latest week in the Bigg Boss OTT’s house started off on an emotional note as family members of all the contestants entered the house to meet the contestants.
Although the emotional episode is yet to premiere on Jio Cinema, the OTT platform recently dropped a few promos from it and let the fans have a quick glimpse of the emotional reunions of their favourite contestants and their family members.
In one such promo, Veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt was seen entering the reality show to meet his actress daughter Pooja Bhatt.
Dropping stills from the emotional promo, Jio Cinema shared a caption that read, “Ghar mein hui Bhatt Sahab ki entry! Will our housemates get more words of wisdom from the man himself?”

Mahesh Bhatt meets BB contestants
Upon entering the Bigg Boss house, Mahesh was received by all the contestants in a lively manner. After having a few words with the inmates, Mahesh walked towards Pooja and encased her in a soft warm hug.

He then told Pooja that he is proud of her and she has come into his life as a ray of hope and positivity. He also described how he saw an angry expression on her face when he saw her as a baby for the first time.
Later, Mahesh also recalled his difficult days and told how he had Pooja at a time when he was just a 23-year-old boy who used to struggle in making ends meet. He also appreciated Pooja for stepping up and pursuing modelling to support him and his family during the struggling phase of his life and told her that he has always seen her as a Godchild.
Mahesh Calls Jad Hadid Handsome Guy
After having an emotional session with his Daughter Pooja, Mahesh once again had some talks with the other contestants during which, he called Abhishek Malhan a soft-hearted person and Jad Hadid A Handsome Guy. While speaking with Elvish Yadav, the director told that seeing him cry in the last weekend ka war episode melted his heart for him.
Other than Mahesh Bhatt, relatives of several other contestants also stepped inside the Big Boss’ house to have a warm moment of meet and greet with the remaining contestants of the Salman-hosted show.
Mahesh Bhatt on his relationship with Pooja Bhatt
Previously in an interview with India TV, Mahesh Bhatt opened up about his relationship with Pooja Bhatt and told that the latter rejected to work in a number of movies directed by him.
Saying that his 51-year-old producer daughter lives on her own terms, Mahesh recalled how she denied working in Aashiqui but later featured in movies like Dil hai ki Manta Nahi and Sadak. He also talked about Pooja’s reluctance to work in commercial films ever since she became a producer.
