New Delhi: Local store owners can now create free advertisements for their businesses and start-ups using superstar Shahrukh Khan in it. The ad featuring Khan in it, could be used to promote various businesses or local brands. The initiative is a part of the company’s ‘NotJustACadburyAd’ campaign that aims to promote local stores. Through its various ads on the social media platforms, Cadbury has been asking its customers to shop from stores in their localities as the local businesses suffered the most during the first and the second wave of the covid-19 pandemic. Customers who wish to create a customized advertisement for their stores, will have to use Cadbury's dedicated website for the purpose. The ad can be created for free buy providing the required information. Once all the details are filled, a customized ad will be created with Shahrukh Khan's face and voice in it, directly naming the related store. Cadbury says it is using machine learning and AI technology to recreate the actor’s face and voice to take the local store’s name in the ad. It has set up a dedicated website, ‘notjustacadburyad.com,’ to let users create their custom promotional videos.
