New Delhi: The endless wait for Rishab Shetty starrer hit movie Kantara on a digital platform is over. The blockbuster movie finally made its OTT debut on Amazon Prime Videos on Thursday. The cine buffs can now relish the superhit movie within the comforts of their home.
Prime Video today announced the worldwide digital premiere of Kannada blockbuster Kantara. Yesterday, the makers of film dropped poster on Instagram, making it official that Kantara is making its way to OTT. In the Instagram post, it wrote, “putting an end to all the wait! Kantara on Prime, out on Thursday.”
The movie will be available on digital platforms in 240 countries across the globe and is expected to fetch huge returns as well as adulation from wider audience. Audience have the flexibility of watching this visual spectacle in many languages like Malyalam, Kannada, Telugu & Tamil.
The movie is an action-adventure flick. Rishab Shetty is winning big accolades from the audience as he is not just the actor but also its director. The story plot of the movie revolves around a community living in the woodlands of coastal Karnataka.
The movie has a compelling storyline themed around Nature Vs Human. Rishab, being the protagonist plays a rebel villager who refuses to bow down before nature destroyers and stands up as a fierce rebel villager who can go to any extent to save his village & culture.
Varaha Roopam song replaces, fans upset
Fans are elated & excited over Kantara’s arrival on OTT but they are also disappointed over a song missing from OTT version. A popular song ‘Varaha Roopam’ has been replaced by another track while it streams on the OTT platform.
