New Delhi: A popular cricket player, Shubman Gill, who played for Gujarat Titans and the holder of an Orange Cap for the IPL season 2023, opined that he believes his level of hard work is leading him on the right road. Recently, in an interview, he showcased his desire and talent for the film industry.
It’s interesting to note that Indian cricketer Shubman Gill provides the voice of Spider-Man in the Hindi and Punjabi versions of the film. The GT player said that while dubbing was his entry into the entertainment world, he wasn’t sure if he would be open to appearing in a movie. Nevertheless, he would like to study and hone his acting abilities.
Shubman Gill has stated that he’d like to maintain this skill even after being unsure whether he would be acting in a movie or not. But he would definitely be looking forward to having an experience that would truly be thrilling and interesting, as said.
Shubman also expressed his passion for Spider-Man. He said, “I have watched Spider-Man since I was a little boy, and he is one of the most relatable superheroes. Being chosen to voice our Indian Spider-Man, Pavitr Prabhakar, who will be debuting in the Hindi and Punjabi languages as Spider-Man from India. It would be the first time ever for me exploring such kind of an incredible experience. I already feel above human.” He also showed his desperateness for the movie.
For the unversed, June 1, 2023 is the scheduled date for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse in India.
At the back foot, Shubman Gill has been in the limelight for some time now with his fabulous performance in this IPL season where he smashed three centuries in just four matches. He is also being rumored to have a relationship with Sara Tendulkar. However, it is not official yet.
