New Delhi: Just four days are remaining in the release of Shah Rukh Khan’s highly awaited actioner Jawan and fans are already buzzing with excitement.
The much-anticipated movie will mark King Khan’s second big screen outing of the year after the release of his Blockbuster Pathan back in January.
With Jawan’s release date closing in with each passing day, moviegoers are waiting to see their favourite superstar on the big screen with bated breath once again.
Jawan’s monstrous advance booking
The Atlee directorial’s advance booking, which began with a bang last Friday, is already breaking records at the BO and ensuring a massive opening day for the movie.
In just a matter of 4 days, Shah Rukh’s magnum opus has shattered numerous records of advance sales and it is expected to keep doing the same in the following days. The Bumper advance booking not only shows the fan’s excitement for the movie but is also live proof of Shah Rukh and Vijay Sethupathi’s unmatched Stardom in the industry.
As per the recent reports, Jawan has already sold 4.6 lakh tickets worth ₹ 14 crore (gross) through advance sales across India. In the Hindi 2D version alone, the film has gotten a flying start at the BO by minting ₹ 12.50 crore with 4.35 lakh ticket sales by advance bookings.
Now, with the weekend approaching, further growth in Jawan’s already booming advance bookings is being expected by fans, critics, and distributors.
Jawan Day 1 Collection prediction
Considering the bumper advance booking and buzz surrounding the mega movie, experts are hinting towards a monumental opening day for Jawan and are expecting the Shah Rukh starrer to clock anything between ₹75-80 crore on its first day in India.
In the overseas markets, the movie is expected to make a whopping ₹45 crore collection which means its grand total on its opening day can get as high as ₹ 125 crore. Janmashtami holiday is also likely to boost Jawan’s initial collection by providing it with a perfect 4-day long extended weekend.
