New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan’s latest Blockbuster Jawan is having a dream run at the Box office.
In just sixteen days of its theatrical run, the Atlee Kumar directorial has already shattered numerous records and amassed a colossal sum of ₹ 953.85 crore at the BO which makes it the sixth highest-grossing Indian movie of all time.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh’s Co-actress and one of Jawan’s leading girls Sanya Malhotra has made a shocking revelation about an incident that took place at the movie’s sets during the shoot of Zinda Banda song.
Shah Rukh’s injury on Jawan’s sets
Sanya, while speaking with E Times in a recent interview, revealed that the superstar injured himself during the shoot of Zinda Banda and she was the first one to notice the same. Describing the incident, Sanya recalled that it was day 2 of the shoot when she observed Shah Rukh continuing to work despite having a bruise on his hand.
Later, when the actress told the Jawan actor about the injury, she came to know that it was not just Shah Rukh as almost all of his co-dancers had gotten their hands injured somehow.

In the same interview, Sanaya also talked about Shah Rukh’s toughness even at the age of 58 by saying that he is easygoing and never goes back to his vanity van to relax or chill.”It was hot outside when we were shooting for Zinda Banda” The extreme heat would have made anyone tired but Shah Rukh didn’t stop the shoot ” She added further.
Later, the Dangal girl also spoke about all the girls being super excited to be dancing alongside Shah Rukh Khan. Calling the experience a ‘pinch me moment’ for all the co-dancers, Malhotra said that she just wanted to go back to the hotel and ring her mother to tell her that she had worked with King Khan.

Jawan is Shah Rukh Khan’s second movie of the year after Pathan which got released across the globe on the 7th of September in more than 5 different languages. The movie also marked the first-ever collaboration of Bollywood’s king and virtuoso Tamil filmmaker Atlee Kumar.
In its stellar cast, Jawan boasts superstars from both Bollywood and the Southern industry including Vijaya Sethupathi (main antagonist), Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, Deepika Padukone (In special appearance), Priyami, Eijaz Khan, and one and only Shah Rukh Khan in double roles.
The all-time blockbuster is now all set to march into the highly prestigious 1000-crore club by the end of its third weekend.
