New Delhi: The mega budget film ‘Kalki 2989 AD’ starring many big stars like Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, has crossed over 150k interests in Book My Show. According to sources, the shoot of the film has been completed and makers will make an official announcement about the release date of the film soon.

However there are strong speculations that the mega budget film will hit the silver screen around June 20th, 2024 and the announcement is likely to be made on June 17th. The film also features, Disha Patani, Kamal Haasan, Rajendra Prasad and Pasupathy in pivotal roles. South Superstar Prabhas was recently spotted with the actress Disha Patani to finish the shoot of the film in Italy. The actress also shared the pictures from the shoot in her Instagram handle. Disha Patani was seen wrapped in a Purple color blanket to avoid the freezing wind. The crew members were also seen tucked in warm clothes to protect themselves from the temperature.

About the Film
The film is made on a budget of over 600 crores directed by Nag Ashwin. The project is about a epic science fiction dystopian film based on the Hindu scriptures and is set in a Post-Apocalyptic world in 2898 AD. The actor Prabhas is in Europe and will finish the promotions of the film once he is back.
