New Delhi: Coming back to the spotlight, Actress Kangana Ranaut has come under fire for making fun of superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s most recent movie, Pathaan.
Kangana criticized Pathaan for portraying Pakistan, an “enemy nation” of India, and its spy service ISI in a favorable light. This caught everyone off guard because Kangana had previously praised Pathaan during the wrap-up celebration for her next movie Emergency.
One of the users tweeted mentioning Kangana and her film Dhakkad’s total box office collection and compared it to Pathaan.
Accepting that her movie Dhakkad is a historic flop, she replied in response that everyone like us gets motivated by SRK as this comes to his hit film after ten years. If India has given him a chance, we will also get it someday.

Earlier to that she praised the movie by posting an appreciation tweet. She said for those saying Pathaan is a battle of love over hatred, let it be clear who exactly is supporting this and making it a success. “Yes, it is the country of India, where 80% of the population is Hindu, and yet Pathaan is a movie,” she mentioned.

A portion of the internet, however, took issue with her opinions because she initially applauded the movie before changing her mind. Being known for her outspoken responses, Kangana responded to a user who claimed that Pathaan’s one-day earnings constituted her “lifetime earnings,” saying, “Nimo bhai I don’t have any earnings left. I have put my house my office, and everything that I owned on loan just to make a movie one that will appreciate the Constitution of India…”.

Kangana earlier expressed her wish for Pathaan to “absolutely work” in an interview with the media alongside her Emergency co-stars Anupam Kher and Satish Kaushik.
