Karan Johar announces Vijay Deverakonda starrer ‘Liger’ with a fiery poster

New Delhi: The first look of Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming film was unveiled by Karan Johar on Monday. The Puri Jagannadh directorial has been titled Liger and Ananya Panday is also in the lead role.

The poster shows Deverakonda posing with boxing gloves in the backdrop of a half-lion and half-tiger picture which totally relates to the tagline ‘Saala Crossbreeded’.

“Someone with my background shouldn’t have reached anywhere near here according to the conventions & set Norms. But with sheer madness, passion, hardwork, Here we are! For everyone like me, it is ok for all of us to dream big, Believe and make it happen (sic),” wrote Deverakonda

Liger will be releasing in five languages- Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam.

Ananya Pandey has already shared the photos with her co-star Vijay Deverakonda and she wrote: “Happy, blessed and excited to be associated for a Pan-India film with our director Puri Jagannadh… Welcoming Mr Deverakonda to Bollywood.”
