New Delhi: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is gearing up to return to the silver screen with the latest season of his popular quiz reality show Kaun Banega Crorepati soon.

The latest development followed by the release date of the show happens to be the special guest duo who are set to grace the hot seat in the grand premiere aka the first episode.

The 14th season of the reality show is set to mark its presence on the television screen a week before Independence Day, on August 7 next month. The makers of the show have revealed that the theme of KBC this year will be focused on hailing the ” real-life heroes from across fields, who’ve contributed to India’s growth”.

Guests in the first episode

Along with the release date, makers have also shared the latest promo of the show that reveals special guests who are set to grace the stage of KBC with their presence in the very first episode.

Shared on the official Instagram handle on Sony TV, the caption of the post reads, “Ravivaar, 7th August se Raat 9 baje, shuru hoga Kaun Banega Crorepati ka naya adhyay. Hoga azadi ke garv ka mahaparv“.
