The actress was born on 27th July 1990 in Delhi. She has worked in Telugu and Hindi language films. Kriti was seen with Tiger Shroff in ‘Heropanti’ and was liked for her bold and beautiful appearance. She was also seen in ‘Bareilly ki Barfi’ and Mimi. Film Maker Karan Johar admitted during his show ‘Koffee with Karan’ that he had offer Kriti Sanon the role in ‘Lust Stories’ but she turned down the offer. Then Kiara Advani accepted the offer and the show did really well. Actress Disha Patani was not the first choice for the role in ‘ Malangg’ The Crew’ actress was asked to do the film but she had to turn down the offer because she had other projects in hand at that time.

The makers of ‘Haseen Dilruba’ have first approached Kriti to play the role of Rani Saxena which was later played by Taapsee Pannu and became a blockbuster film. As per reports, Kriti decided to opt out because of the bold scenes in the film. On the other hand, Taapsee took the offer and the film did well at the box office.
