New Delhi: Mandana Karimi has been again on the receiving end after her recent social media post. Previously, she was criticised for some shocking statements during her stint on Lock Upp. This time, the actress is receiving flak from netizens for posting a video where she is seen twerking in a burqa.

The actress took to Instagram to share a BTS (Behind-The-Scene) video from her shoot in Istanbul. The video shows the actress twerking and dancing while dressed in a burqa. She shared the clip while dancing to the tunes of The Beatnuts’ Se Acabo Remix at a clothing shop. Sharing the video, Mandana wrote, “I wish shooting with hijab was as easy as this BTS NO HATES just bunch of people making a film .. #istanbul #hijab (sic).”

Who is Mandana Karimi?
Mandana is an Iranian actress and model based in India. In 2015, she appeared as a lead in the Bollywood film, Bhaag Johnny. She also participated in Bigg Boss 9 and became the second runner-up. Recently, she was seen as one of the participants in the Kangana Ranaut-hosted show, Lock Upp.
Mandana started her career as an air hostess. Later, she quit her job to pursue modelling. She featured in several TV commercials along with Shah Rukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, and Arjun Kapoor.
