Mr Bachchan OTT Release Date: On the joyous occasion of India’s 78th Independence Day, superstar Ravi Teja treated his fans with his latest action thriller titled Mr Bachchan.
On August 15th, 2024, the film arrived in the cinemas amid massive expectations & initially received mixed responses from the fans.
It amassed a whopping sum of Rs 3.46 crore (approx) from the Box office on Day 1, with fans going gaga over Teja’s captivating acting performances.
Meanwhile, for those who avoid going to cinemas and prefer to entertain themselves by watching movies on OTT instead, a striking update about Mr Bachchan’s digital debut has lately emerged on the internet.
Mr Bachchan OTT Release Date and Platform
While Mr Bachchan is currently enjoying a decent run in the theaters, reports had it that Netflix has bought the film’ digital streaming rights for a good amount of price.
This suggests that following the conclusion of its BO journey, the Teja starrer actioner will make its much-awaited digital debut on Netflix, allowing fans to watch it comfortably from their homes.
Now, as per the Telugu film industry’s recent trends, most films premieres on the digital screens 6 to 7 weeks post wrapping up their theatrical run.
Going by the same, it is very likely that Mr Bachchan will hit the Netflix screens either by the end of September or in the first week of October 2024.
Plot
Written and directed by Harish Shankar, Mr Bachchan is the Telugu adaptation of Ajay Devgan’s 2018 release Hindi movie titled Raid. Taking inspiration from real-life events, the film follows the country’s lengthiest income tax raid which was conducted by 90 IT officers at the residence of politician Sardar Inder Singh’s residence.

Starring Ravi as the main actor, Mr. Bachchan’s cast sees talented artists including Sachin Khedekar, Jagapathi Babu, Bhagyashri Borse, Satya Pankaj_Kesari and Subhalekha Sudhakar in key roles.
