New Delhi: Actress Mrunal Thakur, who is celebrating her 29th birthday today on August 1, director Hanu Raghavapudi revealed the first look of her character from the upcoming untitled film. Mrunal will play the role of Sita in Hanu’s upcoming film opposite Dulquer Salmaan. Dulquer will be seen as Lieutenant Ram in the film while Mrunal Thakur plays Sita.
Along with Mrunal’s first look from the film, makers have also shared the first glimpse of the film, set in the army-backdrop, is expected to be released later this year. Recently on Dulquer Salmaan’s 35th birthday, the makers of the film had released his first look as Lieutenant Ram. The film is a love saga with a war in the 60s backdrop.

Director Hanu Raghavapudi shared the first look of Mrunal as Sita, as the perfect birthday treat for her fans, while the production house tweeted, “Proud to Introduce @mrunal0801 as Sita..Happy birthday Sita.. u will conquer hearts…”

Mrunal, who was last seen in Toofan opposite Farhan Akhtar will debut in Telugu cinema through Hanu’s upcoming untitled film.
