New Delhi: Netflix has announced the release dates for the upcoming projects with an exciting teaser for the same. The list of upcoming films includes ‘Heart of Stone’, with which Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt will be making her Hollywood debut. The film is set to release on the OTT platform on August 11.

‘Heart of Stone’ stars Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, along with Alia, who plays the role of Keya Dhawan. The film revolves around Rachel Stone, played by Gadot, standing in between her peacekeeping organisation and its most valuable yet harmful asset. The action thriller is directed by Tom Harper.

Other big projects announced by Netflix include Christopher Landen’s ‘We Have A Ghost’ starring David Harbour and releasing on February 24, Idris Elba starring in ‘Luther: The Fallen Sun’, Jennifer Lopez starring ‘Mother’ on May 12 and Chris Hemsworth’s ‘Extraction 2’ on June 16.

The Summer of 2023 will feature Millie Bobby Brown and Angela Bassett starrer ‘Damsel’ on October 13, Emily Blunt and Chris Evans starrer ‘Pain Hustlers’ on October 27, David Fincher’s ‘The Killer’ on November 10, Mahershala Ali and Julia Roberts starrer ‘Leave the World Behind’ on December 8 and Zack Snyder’s ‘Rebel Moon’ on December 22.

The announcement also includes Zoya Akhtar’s directorial venture ‘The Archies’, which stars Khushi Kapoor, Suhana Khan, Mihir Ahuja, Yuvraj Menda, Dot, Agastya Nanda and Vedang Raina. The list also included India pacer Jhulan Goswami’s biopic Chakda ‘Xpress, directed by Prosit Roy and starring Anushka Sharma in the lead. The release dates for both Indian films have not been announced yet, however, they are set to release on the OTT platform in 2023.
