TMC MP Nusrat Jahan, whose strained ties with husband made waves, hints at father of her new-born

New Delhi: Trinamool Congress MP Nusrat Jahan gave birth to a baby boy on August 26 in a hospital in Kolkata. Her estranged husband Nikhil Jain have also wished her on the birth of her new born child. As per the reports, the baby has been named Yishaan.

There has been a lot of guesswork about the identity of the father of Nusrat’s baby boy. Though the actress had earlier announced that she will be raising her son on her own as a single mother and would rather not disclose the name of his father.

The actress turned politician took to Instagram on Thursday to share a pic of herself, for the first time after becoming a mother. The actress has let down her hairs and is seen wearing a black top with off white strips in the pic. Nusrat wrote in the caption to the pic, “Do not take criticism from the people from whom you will not take an advice #newrole #newmommylife #newlook”.

However, the twist in the story is, the actress has given the picture courtesy to daddy. As soon as the pic was posted, Nusrat is been trolled by social media users over revealing the identity of the child’s father. One user commented on the pic, “mention the name of the daddy if you are so confident”. Another user said, “whose daddy? baby’s or yours?”.

Apart from posting her pic, Nusrat also shared a fan made video on her Instagram stories, which featured small video clips of herself and her rumored partner Yash Das Gupta.

The caption of the post said, “Mubarakan to Yashrat for Yishaan, As we can’t get any glimpse of our #babyjaan so I made this chotu sa vm to wish you both, lots of love from #nusratians to #babynj.”

Her friend and Yash Dasgupta was also present with her in the hospital at the time of delivery. Yash is a Bengali film actor and an active member of Bharatiya Janta Party since February 2021.
