New Delhi: After tying the knot on February 19, the newlywed couple, Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar made their first public appearance today. Besides, they also distributed sweets to the media personnel after their court marriage in the presence of their family and close friends.
Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar were papped outside their residence in Mumbai. The couple looked drop-dead gorgeous as they matched their outfit. Shibani Dandekar looked beautiful in a light-pink saree. It was a flowy tissue saree and was replete with intricate floral designs and also featured an ornate border.
Shibani paired her saree with glorious jewellery. She wore a heavy choker and a pair of statement earrings. She also wore matching kada bangles in her hands. Besides, she carried minimal makeup.
Farhan Akhtar looked handsome in a golden kurta pajama set. He wore a stylish Nehru jacket and a pair of tan-hued mojaris.
Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar got married at Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi’s Khandala farmhouse on February 19 in the presence of their family and close friends. The wedding was attended by Anusha Dandekar, Gaurav Kapur, Samir Kochhar, Monica Dogra, Ritesh Sidhwani, Rhea Chakraborty, Amrita Arora, Farah Khan, Hrithik Roshan amongst others.
The newlywed couple in the town has been dating for around four years. For some days, the couple kept their relationship secret and appeared together in public at Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Kapoor’s wedding.
