New Delhi: Though most of the movies in recent times could not make a theatrical release due to the coronavirus pandemic, some of them were barred from hitting the cinema halls for their bold content or scenes.
Meanwhile, the digital platforms have yet again come to the rescue with these bold and controversial film all set to mark their release on various OTT platforms.

1. Unfreedom

A lesbian daughter fights off an arranged marriage in India while an Islamic fundamentalist targets an anti-extremist Muslim scholar in New York. He was sent on a mission to oppress. She was struggling to be free. Violence encompasses them both.
2. Parzania

Inspired by a true story, a Parsi couple attempt to find their son who tragically went missing in 2002 during the Gujarat riots which broke out after the Godhra train burning incident.
3. Loev

Lives are upended when a hiking trip leads a Wall Street hotshot to explore his true feelings for an old pal who’s disenchanted with his boyfriend. The movie featuresShiv Pandit, Dhruv Ganesh, and Siddharth Menon among others.
4. Paanch

Paanch is a 2003 Indian crime thriller film written and directed by Anurag Kashyap and starring Kay Kay Menon, Aditya Srivastava, Vijay Maurya, Joy Fernandes, and Tejaswini Kolhapure. The film is “loosely” based on the 1976–77 Joshi-Abhyankar serial murders in Pune.
