New Delhi: Pathaan’s tide is unstoppable on day 9. Breaking the overseas box office, on day 9 Pathaan surpassed the 700 crore mark in gross total.
Shahrukh Khan’s comeback movie is on a record-breaking streak since day 1. The very next movie Pathaan is expected to wrestle out today is Aamir Khan’s blockbuster Dangal.
Dangal, which unexpectedly shook the Chinese box offices, is currently holding a worldwide collection of rs. 702 crore.
Considering the rate at which Pathaan’s earnings are soaring worldwide, it will surpass Dangal in no time.
Just as Pathaan beats Dangal in the worldwide collection, it will become the highest-grossing Hindi movie overseas.
Then Pathaan will have to face the final boss- SS Rajamouli’s Bahubali: The Conclusion. Bahubali part 2 is the highest-grossing Indian film with rs. 801 crore in its worldwide collection. Unless Pathaan’s stride unexpectedly cuts short, we can expect that to happen by 5th week.
The extent of Pathaan’s overseas success can be estimated from the fact that it is still secured in the top 10 movies of all major UAE theaters.

Right now at the domestic cinema, Pathaan’s groundbreaking success is postponing the release of other movies. Kartik Aryan’s Shehzada has been delayed by a week out of ‘respect for Shahrukh Khan.’
Deepika Padukone and Shahrukh Khan’s actioner have already beaten the other movies of YRF spy verse with not much effort. War, Ek Tha Tiger, and Tiger Zinda Hai, all have been left behind by a great margin.
Siddharth Anand’s adrenal soaring thriller stars Shahrukh Khan as a RAW spy, who tries to stop rogue John Abraham’s nefarious ambitions to attack Delhi. Deepika Padukone plays the ISI agent who later experiences a change of heart.
