New Delhi: ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’ hit the cinemas on July 1 and gets a positive response from both the audience and the critics. The film is the first directorial venture for R. Madhavan, who is also playing the lead in the film. The plot follows the life of ISRO Scientist Nambi Narayanan who was framed for being a spy and arrested in 1994. Though free, he is still fighting for justice.

The film has been released in six languages namely, Hindi, Tamil, English, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film was also featured at 75th International Canned Film Festival.
