New Delhi: With the arrest of Raj Kundra, businessman and actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband in the pornography case, a Poonam Pandey connection has emerged as well.
In the year 2020, Poonam Pandey filed a complaint against Raj Kundra and his associates in Bombay High Court. Poonam had a contract with Kundra’s firm Armsprime Media, which use to manage several works of Poonam’s app. Poonam stated that Kundra and his firm have been using content featuring her, even after the contract was terminated.
However, Kundra and his associate Saurabh Kushwah had denied Poonam Pandey’s allegations at the time. Armsprime Media firm stated that they had terminated the contract with Pandey as it was an adult app and the content on her app was too bold, that the app was even removed from Google Play Store.
On the other hand, Poonam had said that she had signed deal with Kundra’s firm and terminated the contract within a month due to payment issues.

Mumbai Police’s crime branch is investigating a case related to the creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some apps. One of the officials revealed that Raj Kundra appeared to be the key conspirator and that they had “sufficient evidence” against him to arrest.
