Ranveer Singh shares a new picture from ‘Singham Again’; leaves fans in excitement

New Delhi: The director Rohit Shetty is now deep in production on his next action movie – ‘Singham Again’ which stars Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn.

Ranveer Singh, who is all ready to reprise his role Simmba in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, on Saturday, offered his fans a peek at his muscular body, which added to the excitement around his upcoming film release.

Ranveer posted a photo of himself from the set of Singham Again on his Instagram story, accompanied by the film’s signature song, “Aala re ala Simmba ala.”

Ranveer showed off his muscular figure in the photo by dressing all in black. He accessorised with black gloves and sunglasses.

The actor recently confirmed through his Instagram post that he would be reprising his roles from Rohit Shetty’s last film, Simmba, which is also set in the Cop Universe.

Sharing the pictures, he wrote, “All set to reprise one of my most loved characters from the Rohit Shetty Cop Universe – SIMMBA 👮🏻‍♂️ in #SinghamAgain ! We seek your love and blessings for our new journey ♥️🙏🏽 @ajaydevgn @itsrohitshetty.”

Rohit Shetty also posted a photo from the film’s night shot early on Sunday.

On his Instagram story, he showed a photo of his forearm tattooed with the word “Police” in Hindi. In the photo’s caption, he said, “Night shoots…Singham Again…”

About the Film

Directed by Rohit Shetty, Singham Again also features Deepika Padukone in a cop role. This is the first film in which Deepika and Ajay have worked together.

It’s the fifth film in Rohit Shetty’s ‘cop’ series.

Both the 2011 film “Singham,” starring Kajal Aggarwal and Prakash Raj, and its 2014 sequel, “Singham Returns,” were commercial successes.

The movie will enter theatres in 2024, directly competing with Allu Arjun’s “Pushpa 2.”
