Ranveer Singh is set to play the character of the legendary Indian cricketer Kapil Dev who led India to its first Cricket World Cup victory back in 1983.
Like other cast members of the flick including Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh and director Rohit Shetty, Akshay later changed to the cheeky 'Aa Rahi hai Police' T-shirt.
The film is special not only because of the ensemble cast and its unmissable action, but because it is likely to feature the remake of the iconic 90s song 'Tip Tip Barsa Paani' which will reportedly feature Katrina Kaif opposite Akshay.
In the absorbing first look, Deepika is seen sharing a smile along with Ranveer Singh, she is also seen sporting short hair. The star is seen wearing a high-neck top, while Ranveer is wearing team India's official blazer.
The Filmfare awards night ended on a high note for Ranveer and Alia starrer Gully Boy team which swept top 11 awards.

The sports-drama also stars Deepika Padukone in the lead role opposite Ranveer Singh who will be portraying the role of legendary all-rounder cricketer Kapil Dev.
The poster shows Hardy as Madan Lal, in the Indian gear of 83, in the middle of his bowling action. Lal played a pivotal role in helping India win the World Cup in 1983.
The movie also features R Badree, Hardy Sandhu, Pankaj Tripathi, Ammy Virk, and Saahil Khattar as the Men in Blue.
