New Delhi: Ranveer Singh will be making his OTT debut with Ranveer vs Wild With Bear Grylls. India’s first interactive adventure reality special, produced by Banijay Asia in association with The Natural Studios will be premiering on Netflix on July 8. In the show, Ranveer Singh will be chased by a bear and will also have to confront wolves. Ranveer Singh is the latest Indian actor to feature alongside Bear Grylls on an adventure-based show.
Ranveer vs Wild With Bear Grylls’ Trailer is out
On June 24, the makers of the adventure-based show released the official trailer. The Twitter account of the streaming platform shared the trailer with the caption, “THIS IS NOT A DRILL. WE REPEAT THIS IS NOT A DRILL. Ranveer’s life is now in YOUR hands! #RanveerVsWildWithBearGrylls arrives on the 8th of July (sic).”

After Ajay Devgn and Vicky Kaushal, Ranveer Singh has collaborated with Bear Grylls for India’s first adventure-reality show, produced by Banijay Asia in association with The Natural Studios releasing on Netflix on July 8.
The show will telecast how the actor will spend time in nature, fending for himself and venturing into new survival skills as he delves into the depths of the wild to find a rare flower for his lady love, Deepika Padukone, in the forest of Serbia. The viewers will enjoy his major escapades which look like a fun ride. In the trailer, Ranveer Singh is shown chanting ‘Jai Bajrang Bali’ and he makes Bear Grylls chant the same.
Bear Grylls on working with Ranveer
Bear Grylls shared his experience working with Ranveer Singh. He stated, “I am excited to be working with Ranveer. He is a supremely talented actor and a fireball of energy. The best part about him is his insatiable thirst for growth and adventure. Together with Netflix, Ranveer and I are thrilled to bring the ultimate adventure to audiences across the world.”
In terms of work, Ranveer Singh was last seen in Jayeshbhai Jordaar. He will be seen next in Rohit Shetty’s directorial Cirkus along with Pooja Hedge, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Varun Sharma. He has Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani in his pipeline alongside Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. Ranveer will also be seen in Anniyan’s Hindi remake.
