Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar calls Shahrukh Khan after Aryan’s bail, Gauri breaks down

New Delhi: Many in the Hindi film industry, including actor Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and others have called superstar Shahrukh Khan, celebrating the decision of the Mumbai High Court, which granted bail to superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, over 20 days after his arrest in the drug seizure case.

Former Attorney General of India, Mukul Rohatgi, who represented Khan in the cuise-ship-drug-case said, “Shah Rukh Khan was visibly relieved and was in tears”. Once the news of Aryan’s bail broke, Shahrukh was seen posing with the legal team along with his manager Pooja Dadlani in some of the recent pics.

Shahrukh’s friends and colleagues have been reaching at Mannat to congratulate the actor on the bail of his son. Some other actors such as Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar have talked to him over phone to stand with him in solidarity in this difficult phase of time.

Meanwhile, Shahrukh’s wife Gauri Khan, who have been in touch with her friends too, reportedly broke down during one such phone call with a friend.

A close friend to the family told news portal IndiaToday.in, “SRK got calls from everyone from Salman Khan, Suniel Shetty, Akshay Kumar. Gauri was heard crying on the phone to her friends Maheep Kapoor and Seema Khan, who have been with her daily on the phone giving support. Gauri broke down as soon as the text came in regarding the bail. She was in tears and was seen falling on her knees and praying. Suhana Khan spoke to Aryan’s friends in the US and UK and thanked them for their support in the last few weeks.”

Aryan is currently lodged at the Arthur Road prison in central Mumbai. He is likely to walk out of the jail on Friday after all legal formalities will be done.
