New Delhi: Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham, is still making money at the movie theaters after a month. The movie has become an international hit among Shah Rukh Khan fans thanks to its adrenaline-pumping fight sequences, funny dialogues, innovative storyline, and chartbuster tunes, and it is on its way to breaking many more records. Now, the actor is looking forward to his second feature of the calendar year, Jawan, which will be a pan-India production produced by Atlee. While the anticipation for the movie grows, a new update has piqued the interest of fans even more.
According to the latest claims, Sanjay Dutt has boarded the Jawan squad to appear in an explosive cameo in Atlee’s thriller. “The casting for this small but important role was difficult for Atlee since it required an A-list actor who had never appeared in a film alongside Shah Rukh,” a source close to the portal said. Allu Arjun was previously approached for this part, but he declined due to a scheduling difficulty and his engagement to the highly anticipated Pushpa: The Rule. Immediately after Allu’s denial, the producers approached Sanju Baba, who has now consented to play this character for SRK.”
Sanjay Dutt is currently filming Thalapathy Vijay’s Leo in Kashmir, and the Mumbai shoot will begin only when the movie’s major schedule is completed. According to the report, the sets wherein the SRK-Sanjay Dutt segment would be shot are likely to be massive, lending a large-scale feel to Atlee’s movie.
