New Delhi: Following a raid at the cruise rave party, Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan had been held in the custody of the Narcotics Control Bureau since October 3. During this period, Shahrukh was supposed to take off to Spain to shoot for Pathan. But since the detention of Aryan Khan, everything has been kept on hold. Reportedly, SRK was also shooting for director Atlee’s upcoming movie, which has been pushed as well.
The superstar at present is waiting for the decision about his son’s bail appeal on October 20, after which he would decide his future course of action. When Aryan was arrested, Shahrukh was shooting for Atlee’s film, which has been tentatively named ‘Lion.’
According to the sources, “Director Siddharth Anand had left for Spain on October 2. However, he returned to India after the Aryan Khan case. The makers were there to shoot two songs in Mallorca, Cadiz and Vejer de la Frontera. Pathan was the first film to be shot at those three locations. On other hand, Atlee is proceeding with Shah Rukh’s duplicate Prashant Walde for the long shots and the over-the-shoulder sequences to ensure that the dates of the other artistes are being utilised.”
With Pathan being delayed, Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 has also been affected. Yash Raj Films has been producing both movies and they are interconnected with each other. In Pathan, Salman Khan will make a special appearance while SRK will be seen in Tiger 3. The sources further said, “Salman is closely following up on Aryan’s case. The actor has visited SRK on multiple occasions and is concerned about Aryan’s well-being. He is constantly by Shah Rukh’s side. Salman is also busy over the weekends shooting for Bigg Boss 15. The actor, therefore, could not attend the ongoing rehearsals of Tiger 3 last week. Katrina, who has some hand combat action sequences. has been rehearsing.”
In a few couple of days, Salman Khan will be joining Emraan Hashmi for the rehearsals. The sources added, “Later this month, all three actors will start shooting for the film in Mumbai.”
Reportedly, three sets have been set in the Yash Raj studios and another set has been positioned already at Goregaon. Maneesh Sharma, the director of Tiger 3 is reported redesigning certain middle eastern style architecture in one of the sets while in another one, Pakistan ambiance will be recreated. For the Pakistani vibe, the offices of the Pakistani intelligence agency have been created on the sets.
