New Delhi: Popular Bollywood actor Govinda and his nephew, TV actor/comedian Krushna Abhishek are at bellicose for almost a couple of years now. The two are making headlines for their ongoing clash regarding Govinda’s appearence with his family on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’.
The mama-bhanja fued recently got a reaction from Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja who slammed Krushna for maligning the family name. The fued occurred when Krushna decided not to be a part of a particular episode in the ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, in which his uncle Govinda and his family was making an appearance.
Though actor Govinda chose to be quiet on the controversy, his wife bashed Krushna saying, “I’ve raised him from a child to a young man. I would not see his face for insulting the family name this way”.
However, now Krushna’s wife Kashmera Shah have also opened up about the ongoing clash in an interview saying, “Main sach kahun toh iss pure fasad me mujhe do paise ka interest nahi hai. Yeh log mere liye pichle panch saal se exist nahi karte. Inke baare me main kuch baat nahi karna chahti, warna unhe dene ke liye mere paas karara jawab hai” [Translation: Honestly, I don’t have any interest in this whole situation. These people don’t exist for me for the last five years. I don’t want to talk about them anymore. Otherwise, I have a befitting answer for them].
Earlier, Krushna had also reacted to the controversy while bringing the idol of Lord Ganesha to his home on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. The actor made a remark replying to Sunita Ahuja, “I pray Ganpati ji to solve the internal issues between our families. Despite issues, there’s love between us”.
