New Delhi: TVF’s new mini-series Aspirants is touching the right chord of every heart with its totally relatable story of UPSC aspirants residing in Rajender Nagar, Delhi. The five-episode series have been released on their YouTube channel and have broken many records already.
While the series has a lot of characters, one character named Sandeep Bhaiya has stuck the most with the audience and has been the talking topic on the internet.
Aspirants is the story of three friends, who are coaching in the Rajendra Nagar area of Delhi with the dream of becoming IAS. All three friends have their own backgrounds. The struggle of your room, the dreams, the anxiety of the exam and working for the country. Apart from the three main characters, there are some other characters too, who will be seen from time to time in the entire series.
Who is Sandeep Bhaiya actually ?
Sandeep Bhaiya is a character in TVF’s web-series called ‘Aspirants’, he is a middle-class guy who is preparing for UPSC exams. Sandeep’s role is played by engineer-turned-actor Sunny Hinduja. Sunny was born in 1990 and has completed his engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) campus in Pilani.
Aspirants is not the first project that the actor has been a part of. The 31-year-old, Sunny made his acting debut in 2010 horror movie ‘Shaapit: The Cursed’ which also starred Aditya Narayan and Shweta Agarwal. After that he played minor roles in a number of Bollywood movies and television shows including Mardaani 2, Brij Mohan Amar Rahe, Cycle Kick, Kill the Rapist and Pinky Memsaab.
After playing small roles, Sunny received his breakthrough role in 2018 with the web series Home which was produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Alt Balaji. Since then the actor has played a lot of roles in the digital space in series like Bhaukaal, Chacha Vidhayak Hai Hamare (Season 2), Ras Bhari and Mum Bhai. The actor also played an important role in Amazon Prime Video’s popular web series The Family Man starring Manoj Bajpayee. He will be returning in the The Family Man 2 to play his role as Milind.
