The audio rights of Thalapathy 68 were allegedly sold to T-Series at a good price. Rumors suggest that the price were very high ever for any film in Tamil Cinema history. This is not very surprising for anyone among the Tamil Cinema, as Thalapathy has a huge fan following and his films with negative outright reviews also does well in Box office.

The music of the film is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raj and he usually collaborates with Venkat Prabhu. Therefore the director doesn’t have the second thought with whom he has to collaborate for the film.

Vijay has completed his shooting for Leo and will soon start the shooting for his next film. There has been much buzz about the film before his foray into the world of politics.

This was a big surprise for his fans that director Venkat Prabhu has been  choosen as the director for Vijay’s 68th film but it is being hoped that director will do justice to the Vijay’s character in the film in the same way he did with Ajith in 2011 with Mankatha. Custody was the last release of Venkat Prabhu starring Nga Chaitanya, Aravind Swamy, Krithi Shetty, Priyamani, and R Sarathkumar.
