New Delhi: Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma took a trip to the famous Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, back in the line of India’s fourth Test match against Australia.
A widely shared internet footage shows the loving couple seated inside the temple with some other travelers. They labeled the occasion at the temple on Saturday morning, one day following the conclusion of the third Test between India and Australia in Indore.
It’s about their recent trip to Ujjain, where they reportedly did a special puja at the Mahakal Temple. In one of the viral videos, Anushka Sharma is dressed in a salmon-pink saree. Virat Kohli, on the opposite hand, is dressed in a dhoti and has a shawl covering his upper body. They are both covered in holy tilak on their foreheads. The video of Anushka and Virat performing Puja together has gone viral.

It is no surprise that Virat and Anushka are quite spiritual. Earlier in the year, the couple took their daughter Vamika to Rishikesh and Vrindavan. The family drove to Baba Neem Karoli’s ashram in Vrindavan and Swami Dayanand Ji Maharaj’s samadhi at Swami Dayanand Ashram in Rishikesh.
Returning to the currently underway Test series in Indore, Australia defeated India by nine wickets on Friday at the Holkar stadium. India was reduced to 109 in the first innings, and if it hadn’t been for Cheteshwar Pujara’s half-century in the second, the hosts could have lost by innings.
In the meantime, Anushka Sharma then will appear in Chakda Xpress, an athletics biopic centered on cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
