I want to show Rajini Sir in a never before manner, says director Lokesh Kanagaraj about ‘Thalaivar 171’

Lokesh Kanagaraj said this film will be completely different from my previous films. The director added that we are working towards showing the never before Rajini sir.

New Delhi: ‘Thalaivar 171’ director Lokesh Kanagaraj came out with a fresh poster of the film ‘Thalaivar 171’. Rajinikanth can be seen as a thief. The new posture has taken the internet by storm. The director also shared some interesting facts about the upcoming film in an event.

Lokesh Kanagaraj said this film will be completely different from my previous films. The director added that we are working towards showing the never before Rajini sir. He said that i am trying to bring out the negative shade of ‘Thalaivar’ in the film. If this happens properly then sky is the limit for the box office. Its going to be a pure action entertainer without drugs drama.

The poster shows the legendary actor in a denim shirt, his hands tied by a chain of wrist watches. The actor’s face has a furious expression with a clock at the background. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj announced the title of the film will be announced on April 22nd. He wrote, “#Thalaivar171TitleReveal on April 22.”

The film ‘Thalaivar 171’ is produced by Sun Pictures. Superstar Rajinikanth is currently busy in his upcoming project ‘Vettaiyan’ with TJ Gnanavel. The film is scheduled to release later this year.
