Popular actor couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt took everyone by surprise on Monday by announcing that they are expecting a baby while sharing a pic from their ultrasound appointment at the hospital.

While friends from the industry and fans from around the world are showering the duo with congratulatory messages, Netizens are up with all sorts of speculations, from the sudden announcement of pregnancy to the media limelight Taimur will now have to share, to digging up the reason of Ranbir and Alia’s hush hush marriage.
If that’s not enough, social media users even went on to congratulate Ranbir as ‘Mr Flash’ for dropping the good news within just 2 months of marriage.

The reason behind speculations:
Bollywood has seen many celeb couples getting married in the recent times including Katrina Kaif – Vicky Kaushal, Farhan Akhtar – Shibani Dandekar, Mouni Roy – Suraj Nambiyar and more.
Though, Alia and Ranbir happens to be the only newly wed duo to drop the happy news within 2 months on their marriage, and hence the rumours found their way.
Anything certain in the matter can only said once Alia shares some more intel about her pregnancy.
Meanwhile on the work front, Ranbir and Alia are awaiting their upcoming supernatural drama Brahmastra to hit the theatres in September 2022.
Bhatt also has her first international project ‘Heart of Stone’ in the pipeline, which is set to stream on OTT platform Netflix.
