WATCH: Kaun Banega Crorepati to return with new season, host Amitabh Bachchan announces with hilarious video

New Delhi: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is set to return with the new season of his popular quiz reality show Kaun Banega Crorepati. Makers dropped the promo for the upcoming 14th season of the show on Saturday.

In the recently released promo clip, Bachchan can be seen being seated on the hot seat of the show opposite a female contender named Guddi. The clips give a slight hint about what to expect from the forthcoming season of KBC 14.

In the video, Bachchan asks the contestant in his signature style, “Which of the following has GPS technology”, with four options that include A) Typewriter, B)Television, C) Satellite, D) Rs 2000 currency.

Gudding opts for option D and loses the quiz game.

As Big B tells her that her answer was incorrect, the female contestant did not believe him and asked if he was up to a prank. When Bachchan assured her that the answer was actually wrong and that no currency has GPS technology yet, she replied that she had heard on some news channel earlier.

Further, Bachchan asked her and the rest of the audience not to believe unverified news watched or heard over any media platform.

Meanwhile, the last season of the show has been quite a hit with many celebrities gracing it with their presence of the sets of KBC. Farah Khan, Boman Irani, Deepika Padukone, Genelia Dsouza, and Ritesh Deshmukh are amongst those who visited the show in the last season.

However, the release date for the upcoming season of KBC has not been announced yet.
