New Delhi: Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta starrer action-drama Bell Bottom premiered in the theatres on August 19. The film became the first mainstream Bollywood movie to be released in the theatres, as they remained closed for a long time due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The movie has been a commercial success and has made the way for other filmmakers to release their films on the big screen.
Apart from Akshay Kumar playing the RAW agent in the film, Lara Dutta’s looks and her portrayal of the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on the screen has been widely applauded.
Lara recently shared a behind-the-scenes video from the set of Bell Bottom, where she could be seen dancing on the notes of music along with Akshay, Adil Hussain, Ajay Chhabra and other cast members. While the other actors in the clip are easy to recognize, Lara’s heavy make-up on the set is making her appear more like her character, Mrs.Gandhi enjoying on the set.
Lara shared the video on her Instagram handle with caption, “Madam mission successful raha! Only #BellBottom can make us all dance to his tune!! Some BTS masti on the sets with the one and only AK!!”.
