Born in Panchkula, Meenakshi hails from an Army family. Her father was a colonel in the Indian Army. She has done her schooling from Chandigarh. She has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Science She is also a state level swimmer and a badminton player. In 2020, she was cast opposite Sushant in a Telugu movie. She also pursued her modelling assignments while doing bachelor’s. She is currently having many interesting projects in her hands.
