New Delhi: Sam Bombay, Indian film producer, director, and actor and also the husband of actor-model Poonam Pandey has been arrested on Monday after the latter lodged a complaint against him regarding physical assault. Reportedly, Poonam suffered face and hand injuries and was admitted to the hospital. Sam has been charged under the sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Sam Bombay rose to fame after Poonam Pandey announced that she was dating Sam for a very long time. The duo tied the knot on September 1, 2020, and announced to their social media handle after some days. The two were in a relationship for a long time before they got engaged in July 2020.

Sam Bombay, the full name Sam Ahmed Bombay, was born and brought up in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He completed his early schooling at Jabel Ali School and then acquired his graduation degree from the University of Dubai. Currently, he is situated in Mumbai.

At 31 years, he was made Partner & Regional Executive Creative Director of Y&R Brands for the respective region.
