65 staff at Murthal’s famous Sukhdev Dhaba test Corona positive, sealed for 2 days

As per reports, all 65 employees didn’t show any sign of Coronvirus and were asymptomatic. They have all been quarantined while the dhaba has been closed for 2 days as preventive measure.

New Delhi: At least 65 staffers of the famous Amrik Sukhdev Dhaba in Murthal have been tested positive for novel Coronavirus.

As per reports, all 65 employees didn’t show any sign of Coronvirus and were asymptomatic. They have all been quarantined while the dhaba has been closed for 2 days as preventive measure. It will be sanitized over next 2 days.

Amrik Sukhdev dhaba (restaurant) is especially famous for its North Indian cuisines such as parathas, chole bhature, kesar tea, other items.

It is frequently visited by those traversing from Delhi to nearby cities like Karnal, Chandigarh. It is also a nice place in Delhi’s neighbourhood for an outing or may be for satiating late-night hunger pangs.

Sukhdev is one of the largest dhabas in Murthal and also doubles up as a hotel and a venue for weddings.

During normal traffic, it takes around 45 min to 1 hour to reach Murthal from Delhi.
