ABVP organises webinar on stress management
The esteemed chief guest and speaker Aarushi Sabharwal elaborated on the agenda of stress as well as the internal and external factors which bring about it.
New Delhi: The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) unit of Kirori Mal College organised a webinar on stress management. The issue is grave for the students as the coronavirus pandemic has led to an immense stress for them.
The esteemed chief guest and speaker Aarushi Sabharwal elaborated on the agenda of stress as well as the internal and external factors which bring about it. She also elaborated on how to cope up with the different levels of stress. She spoke about the various reasons for stress due to which it impacts both the physical and the psychological health as well as the solutions to combat such levels of it. She also elaborated on the impacts of stress that lead to such issues as well.
The unit President Aniket Sangwan and unit Secretary Ishita Pandey in a joint statement said ‘’ we believe that there has been an immense stress amongst student community with context to the exams and also to the issues that have emerged due to coronavirus pandemic.
There was participation of about 150 students from the various departments of Kirori Mal College and also of the other colleges affiliated to the university. We henceforth decided to keep this webinar from the side of the unit for the benefit of the student community. Hence, the unit will keep working for the students.
